Services The Company provides services including, but not limited to, residential and corporate relocation, packing services, vehicle transportation, and secure storage solutions, available through our Website and mobile application. All quotations provided are estimates and are subject to change based on final assessment.
3. User Accounts To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.
4. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations
- Bookings: All bookings for services must be made through our official channels. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation from us.
- Payment: You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your bookings. All payments shall be in Indian Rupees (INR). We use a third-party payment gateway, and you will be subject to their terms and conditions. All applicable taxes, including GST, will be added to the final amount.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of the provision of our services is limited to the amount paid by you for that specific service.

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, shall be resolved by the competent courts in Mumbai, India.
